Align Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic ("Align", "we") is a physician-led practice in Trinidad and Tobago. This notice explains what this website collects, why, and how we handle it, in line with the Data Protection Act of Trinidad and Tobago.

What this website collects

• Booking and enquiry details you type in: your name, phone number, email address and a good time to call. Nothing clinical is collected through this website, and we ask you not to include medical or health information in any form.
• Payment outcomes for consultation bookings. Card details are entered on our payment provider's hosted page (WiPay) and never touch our systems. We receive only the transaction reference, amount and result.
• Basic, anonymised usage analytics, so we can see which pages are read. IP addresses are anonymised.

Wellness pages

No advertising trackers run on any wellness page (mental health or metabolic). Enquiries from those pages are tagged neutrally in our systems and never by condition or service. Appointment reminders use neutral wording.

Where your details go

Contact and booking details are stored in our own practice management system, hosted with Supabase, and used only to arrange and remind you of your appointments and to answer your enquiry. Clinical records are kept separately, in the clinic, under medical confidentiality.

Cookies and tracking

Advertising trackers on the aesthetics pages run only with your consent, which you can decline without losing any function of this site. Essential cookies needed for the booking flow are always on.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your marketing contact details, by writing to aligntto@gmail.com. Clinical records are retained as required by law and by the Medical Board of Trinidad and Tobago.
