Before you book
Questions, answered
- What does it cost?
- The consultation is TTD 700, paid when you book, and credited toward any treatment you go on to book. Treatment prices on this site are starting prices. Your exact quote is agreed at consultation, before anything is done, and nothing is added on the day.
- Does it hurt?
- Most injectable treatments feel like a series of small pinches and are over in minutes. Peels tingle or feel warm for a short period. We use numbing where it helps, tell you what to expect before we start, and stop if you ask us to.
- How much downtime is there?
- It depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle treatments: usually none, with small marks that settle within the hour. Dermal filler: possible swelling or bruising for a few days. Peels: flaking for several days. We schedule around your commitments and tell you what to plan for.
- Is it safe?
- Every treatment at Align is assessed and administered by a physician. Safety starts with the consultation: we check suitability, discuss risks plainly, take written consent and give you aftercare instructions and a direct line for questions. If a treatment is not right for you, we will say so, and suggest an alternative where one exists.
- Will I look overdone?
- That is the outcome we design against. We treat for natural movement and proportion rather than a frozen or filled look, and we would rather do less at the first visit and review than do too much. A follow-up review is part of anti-wrinkle aftercare.
- Do I have to have a consultation first?
- Yes, for every treatment. It is where suitability is confirmed, the plan agreed and consent taken, and you leave with a written plan whether or not you book.
- How does mental health care work here?
- By phone, and discreetly. Mental health appointments are not booked online. You send a short enquiry, we call you back at a time you choose, and we schedule from there. No advertising tracking runs on those pages, and reminders never name the service.
