Cancellation policy

The consultation fee of TTD 700 is paid at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is credited toward any treatment you book within 30 days of your consultation.

Rescheduling

You may move your appointment once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours notice. Write to aligntto@gmail.com or reply to your confirmation message.

Cancelling

• More than 48 hours before the appointment: full refund, or credit held for a future booking.
• 24 to 48 hours before: the fee is held as credit for a future booking within 60 days.
• Less than 24 hours, or if the appointment is missed: the fee is retained.

If we need to cancel

Clinical work occasionally runs over, and a physician may be called away. If we have to cancel, you will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund, your choice.

Wellness appointments

Mental health and metabolic appointments are arranged by phone and follow the same notice periods. Reminders and any messages about changes use neutral wording and never name the service.
